Bobby Mackey’s Music World- Wilder, Kentucky

The building that is now home to Bobby Mackey’s Music World was originally constructed as a slaughterhouse in the 1850’s. The meat business closed in the early 1900’s and was later rumored to be the meeting place of a satanic cult. 

The murder of Pearl Bryan is said to be the root of all evil activity in the basement of Bobby Mackey’s. Bryan was a beautiful, young, and educated. Her attention was sought after by men constantly when she graduated high school. The lucky man was Scott Jackson—her cousin’s best friend. Jackson and Bryan quickly became very close until Jackson became a part of the family. It was soon found out that Pearl was pregnant with Jackson’s baby.When he was informed, he insisted that the pregnancy be terminated.At five months pregnant on February 1, 1886, Bryan and Jackson left to meet with Jackson’s college roommate, Alonzo Walling in Cinncinati, to terminate the pregnancy.

The two men used dental tools at an attempt to abort the baby. Pearl began to bleed and panic in pain. Jackson and Walling, not knowing what else to do, fled Cincinnati. The men brought the distraught young woman to an isolated spot in Fort Thomas. Believing that they had no other options, the men murdered Pearl Bryan by decapitation with the same dental tools as used in the abortion. 

The body was discovered off of Alexandria Turnpike, less than two miles from the abandoned slaughterhouse. The strangest part of the police departments gruesome discovery was that they could not seem to locate her head, but they did find her hair in a suitcase belonging to Jackson. They concluded that Pearl had been scalped either during or after the decapitation.

Many believe that both of the men were part of the satanic cult that met in the slaughterhouse and Jackson used the young woman’s head in a satanic ritual involving tossing it down a well that was located in the slaughterhouse’s basement. Jackson and Walling were later executed for the murder of Pearl Bryan. Before his death, Jackson is said to have stated that he promised to haunt those who executed him.

The old slaughterhouse is now the home to Bobby Mackey’s Music World, a nightclub often showcasing live performances. The original basement of the building (including the well that Pearl Bryan’s head rumored to have been tossed in) still remains at Bobby Mackey’s and plays the part of the most ominous of rooms at the nightclub. Carl Lawson, one of the original owners of the club, had multiple run-ins with paranormal activity ranging from the jukeboxes mysteriously playing music and hearing disembodied voices, to undergoing a six hour exorcism after  being demonically possessed. 

Whether you believe it or not, many say that the basement and the well in Bobby Mackey’s serves as an open and direct gateway to Hell.

One of the most violent and terrifying types of Paranormal Phenomena are Demonic Hauntings. A Demonic Haunting is when a demonic force enters the life of an Individual through voluntary or involuntary means.  There are several ways this can occur and I just wanted to take some time to kind of explain the process and offer some tips on dealing with the demonic from an investigative standpoint as well as ways to avoid encounters with these beings.

There are many ways the demonic can affect and influence our lives. I could sit here months and go on and on and on listing the ways and it still wouldn’t even scratch the surface. The demonic work together in teams like a pack of wolves, they wait and watch for the perfect chance to attack. These beings have no sense of time like we do and are perfectly positioned to bide their time and strike us at our lowest point of weakness. Demons are like sharks, when they smell blood in the water or in this case High Energy situations they come running. Pain, Depression, Hopelessness, Sadness, Grief all these emotions are charged with energy and they draw in all kinds of spiritual energies like moths to a flame. 

Demonic Obsession

Demonic Obsession is when someone becomes consumed with the desire to seek darkness and the power it brings. Now this is normally very subtle Its very rare to find someone who is purposely seeking demonic forces its just not something anyone in their rational mind would ever consider doing. Probably the most wide-spread and popular ways this happens is through spiritual channels like Ouija Boards, Tarot Cards and other forms of divination. These methods of spiritual channeling are often marketed as games and entertainment and all too often lead down much darker paths. These tools are meant to draw you in. Anything mysterious naturally attracts our full attention and that is just a hop and a skip from becoming obsessed. Demons see this Obsession and use it as an open door to your life. Unfortunately this addictive nature is our downfall. Put it this way, People all over the world are out there using these things thinking they’re talking to long dead relatives when In reality you have no way of knowing who you are communicating with and inviting into your home. What once seemed like sweet old Aunt Rita turns out to be something far more sinister. As long as the person plays along and is caught in this Obsession they are less likely to see negative or harmful manifestations until they turn away from the demonic then they strike. This is probably the most common ways the darkness enters our lives

Demonic Oppression

Demonic Oppression is the state in which an Individual is being manipulated and Influenced by a Demon. After a demonic force has a doorway into your life it begins its slow but steady assault. Often people affected by these things don’t even realize they are being “Worked On” until its too late. After all does a thief turn on the lights when robbing your house? No, they prefer for you to believe they aren’t real and in a world full of spiritual blindness and disbelief more and more people are falling into the snares of the devil. Some of the signs of Demonic Oppression range from constant feelings of hate, rage and anger to larger situations like extreme depression, self-destructive behavior and even suicide. I know a lot about the aspects of this type of haunting from personal experience. I lost one of my family members due to the amount of stress and emotional damage that plague a person in this state. Demons want nothing more than to destroy you and will do anything and everything to bring you down. During Oppression they will play at your very deepest, darkest, most painful memories and will not let up until they have you beaten. So if you’re reading this and you’re having similar troubles I would strongly suggest you contact your local pastor or clergymen for help. At this stage you can still fight back and win but you must have the strength to fight that only God can bring through faith in him.

Demonic Possession

Pea Soup, spinning heads and a lot of bad acting is normally how the public at large view possession. They see it as something from the distant past as if people who suffer from it are either crazy or complete pathological liars seeking attention. While there are of course a lot of mental disabilities out there, Possession, Is something entirely different. Now I need to confess I spent the first few years of my research very skeptical on demonic phenomenon. There were even times where I dismissed the possibility entirely until I began to witness it myself. When someone goes under demonic possession they lose all control over their physical self and become a puppet for the demonic spirit to work through. We have all seen Hollywood try to portray possession in various types of ways but they are nothing compared to the real thing. They’re may be no spinning heads and pea soup in its real life counterpart but the horror and viciousness of possession are something you are never ready to witness. In my 8 years of Investigating Ive came across demonic possessions maybe only a handful of times. Once the person is in the midst of the demons grab it becomes a nightmare to release them. While most cases of possessions last mere hours and the victim is released they can also take a deadly turn. There are some cases in which the clergy battles the demonic for months, even years and sadly the possessed dies in the process. Basically they longer you are in the demon’s hold the harder it becomes to pull it out of you. When it comes to things like this nothing can ever be taken for granted or ruled out. There are cases where the possessed experiences scratches on their bodies in threes to mock the trinity, they can suddenly manifest super human strength and even levitation has even been reported.  But in all cases the solution is the same, total deliverance or exorcism.

In conclusion the demonic are a branch of the paranormal that really needs more study and to be taken seriously. People need to wake up and really make sure they are taking care of themselves spiritually because the lack thereof can be deadly

Scrying can be a useful means to contact Demons and spirits, to foretell the future, and to secure answers to questions. A black mirror is ideal for these purposes. Traditionally, Obsidian was the material of choice in the making of a black mirror, but the method described below works just as well.

The cycle of the Full Moon is the best time to create a black mirror, as the moon rules the third eye and psyche. Any frame for a photograph can serve as a base for a black mirror. Take the glass from the picture frame and paint one side of it with black enamel. You will probably need to use several coats of paint. Oil based enamels are lasting, but they can take a long time to dry. Be sure to leave the glass to completely dry before placing it back in the frame.

Substitutions for a black mirror include a dark bowl of black liquid or a shiny black object, large enough to focus upon. I have found average everyday mirrors to work in a dimly lit room (candlelight is perfect). The empowering ritual below is for advanced meditators and is very effective. If you are not advanced, you can still use a black mirror with results and wait until you are more experienced to perform the empowering ritual.

Empowering Ritual:

During a full Moon, go outside if possible, some place where you have a bit of privacy. Go into a slight trance, breathe in energy from the Moon into your third eye on the inhale, and on the exhale, chant “Inanna” E-E-E-E-E-N-N-N-N-N-N-A-H-A-H-A-H-A-H-A-H-A-N-N-N-N-N-A-H-A-H-A-H-A-H vibrating, so you can feel it in your third eye. Do this for 30 times, then condense the energy from the Moon in your third eye and circulate this energy to your heart chakra and back to your third eye nine times, ending with the energy temporarily stored in your heart chakra. Place a paper or parchment of the Sigil of Astaroth on top of the face of the black mirror, and place both on your altar. Astaroth is the Goddess of prophesy.

Write the following prayer on a clean piece of paper:

Hear me Lord Satan, I ask in your name, that the forces of darkness bestow their powers of prophesy upon this mirror; that I may use this magickal medium to contact any Demons I may call forth, to scry upon for the revelation of secrets, and knowledge that is unknown to me.
In the name of Satan/Lucifer, I petition Ashtaroth, to bestow the blessing of prophesy and all the powers related, thereof upon this mirror. All of this, I ask in your name, Lord Satan. So it is done.

At the height of your ritual, recite the prayer aloud and when finished light it in the flame of a black candle on the left side of your altar. Place the burning paper in a bowl to burn.

Now, take the energy stored in your heart chakra and release it into the mirror by exhaling it- chanting g- g- g-g-eh-eh-eh-eh-eh eh-eh-eh The chant/vibration is done with a hard G as in the English word “Get” without the ’t.’ The base of your tongue should be as close as possible to the back of your throat when you vibrate the Gebo rune. Gebo is Astaroth’s rune and is used with workings involving powers of the heart chakra. With each exhale, vibrate the energy into your mirror. Visualize the energy entering the mirror. It should indigo (bluish-violet) in color (there may be some green or swirls of it) and grow with intensity upon each exhale. You should be able to judge when the mirror is fully empowered and feel the stored energy leaving you.

To use the mirror:
Position the mirror so it is at a comfortable level. You should be sitting comfortably when scrying. The room should be quiet and dimly lit, preferably with candlelight.

To begin a scrying session, enter into a trance, and imagine the mirror is black liquid water, jet-black like a well. Fix your gaze upon the mirror. The mirror will eventually brighten to gray and images of clouds will begin to form. Be patient, for the ability to see images of spirits and events will come with practice.

It is best to become familiar with your mirror before calling up any Demons. At first, nearly everyone sees clouds. This is normal and a positive sign. With experience and persistence, one will move onto other visions that will occur at random. These visions will be uncontrolled.

With experience, one will be able to call upon visions at will. An adept can experience visions that involve all five senses when scrying into the mirror; this can take some time, persistence and practice. Demons can touch the scryer, carry on lengthy conversations, and interact on a more personal level. The visions can begin to exist outside of the mirror and on all sides and surround the scryer.

When not in use, keep the mirror should be wrapped in silk to keep the energy from escaping and kept in a safe place where others will not disturb it. The energy will need to be replenished every so often. You will have to place your mirror in a window or out of doors under a full Moon to absorb the lunar energies. To do this, breathe in energy from the Moon into your heart chakra and exhale it into the mirror from your hand chakras. If you are open, you will see with your third eye, and feel when the mirror is fully empowered, and sense when it needs to be recharged.

NOTE: ALRIGHT, I will start off by saying that i DO NOT mess with this type of stuff personally….im too chicken.  Secondly if anyone is offended by the “magical/mystical references etc I’M sorry but blame my followers because i aim to please majority.  Thirdly if ANYONE TRIES THIS i want to kno what happens.

Please Don’t Actually Try This

I’ve been posting bits and pieces of my life here, but I find them a little boring and self-serving (the last one about the juvie incidents was already like 70% made-up, to my shame) so today I’ll post a recipe instead. This is not creepypasta (at least not yet) and I’m writing it from a train in the NYC area.

What I’m about to share with you today is one of the many relatively safe ways in which you can access (not quite enter) a place I call the “Shadowside”, and its effectiveness depends on how seriously you take me; your mileage may vary, refer to title.

I won’t tell you that you shouldn’t be afraid of the Shadowside; chances are you’ve already seen it after all, and merely think it was just a “recurring dream”. I will tell you there is no need to be ignorantly afraid of it, though. There is a difference. Ignorance fuels fear and fear can give that place a lot of juice to run on. You have to be big on preparation if you want to try this. It’s like sky diving: if getting it right on your first try is not something you’re good at, then this is not for you.

If you do drugs or alcohol the night of the event, you’re going to have a bad time. If you’re going through some serious issues in your life and are not feeling mentally or spiritually stable, or if you’re doing this just to escape, you’re going to have a bad time. And if you don’t follow my instructions (particularly the multiple backups I’ll give you, which trust me, are there for a reason) you’re going to really have a bad time. The name of this game is THE THREE KINGS, btw.

Ingredients:

• A very large empty and quiet room, preferably without windows. If windows exist, you need to be able to cover them and ensure total darkness. Basements usually work well, if they’re roomy enough.

• A pack of candles (you’ll only use 1, if all goes well), and a lighter.

• A bucket of water and a mug.

• A fan.

• Two large mirrors (like the one on your dresser. Don’t worry, they won’t be harmed. Or if they are, it’d be the least of your concerns).

• Three chairs.

• An alarm clock.

• An active cell phone (don’t forget to charge the goddamn battery!)

• A loved one willing to follow rules and go along with all this madness.

• A small toy or dear object from your childhood.

Setup:

• Start setup at around 11 PM. Place one chair in the center of the room, facing north (this is important). Place the other two chairs exactly to the left and right, facing your throne. The distance between your throne and that of your queen and fool should be about the length of your arm to each side, more or less.

• Place the two large mirrors on the queen and fool chairs left and right of you, facing you (and each other). Try your best to have them stand at a 90 degree angle (or else you may get more or less than three kings). If you sit on your throne facing straight ahead (north), you should be able to perceive your own reflection in each of the two mirrors without actually having to turn your head nor your eyes to do so. If you see your own reflection in the corner of your eye, just barely there, then you’ve done it right.

• Place the bucket of water and the mug in front of you, just barely out of reach.

• Place the fan behind you, turn it on. Don’t set it to maximum power -medium or low is usually enough. Leave it on.

• Turn off the lights, leave the door open and go to your bedroom.

• Set the candles by the side of the bed, next to a lighter, your alarm clock and your cellphone (leave it charging). Set your alarm clock for 3:30 AM.

• Turn off the lights and sleep while holding your power object, get some rest.

Showtime:

• Wake up at 3:30 AM with your alarm clock. Turn it off, but don’t turn on the light. You have exactly three minutes to light your candle, grab your cellphone, and make your way to the dark room to sit in your throne. You should be seated by 3:33 AM.

• Don’t forget your power object!

• Check for potential red flags: if your cellphone didn’t charge for whatever reason, abort the mission. If the alarm didn’t go off exactly at 3:30 AM, abort the mission. If you find the dark room door closed (remember you left it open) abort the mission. If the fan is turned off (you left it on) abort the mission.

• (Side note: if you have to abort the mission due to any of the above, leave the house with your loved one. Go to a hotel or something. There’s no need to run; you have time to grab a jacket and your keys and what not, but leave. After 6 AM the coast should be clear.)

• If all is going as planned, you can proceed and take your throne. DO NOT look directly at either of the two mirrors besides you. DO NOT let the candle go out. The fan is behind you. You must protect the candle with your body, which is standing in between (there’s a reason for this; as you’ll soon see).

• Look straight ahead, at the darkness. Not at the candle, not at the mirrors, just straight ahead. Eagle-eyed readers surely noticed I didn’t say during setup which chair was queen and which chair was fool. That’s because it’s your job to find out. And from their point of view, you are either their queen or their fool, too. Hence three kings.

~~ I won’t spoil what happens next. Suffice to say, you won’t be alone and if you have questions, you’ll get answers. Sometimes in the form of new questions, but hey, that’s the story of humanity eh? Just stay put and try not to move. Again, DO NOT look directly at the mirrors, nor the candle. Just straight ahead, trust me. Don’t chicken out either; you need to wait until 4:34. By 4:34 it’s all over. It’s okay to tremble a little bit, just try not to. Not because it affects the ritual or anything -it’s just a pussy thing to do while in polite company.

Did I mention not to let the candle go out? That’s what the fan is for. You’re protecting the candle with your body, but if your body were to be suddenly moved then the fan would turn off the candle. That’s backup number 1. Your loved one is backup number 2: at 4:34 she has to come in the room and call your name. If that won’t work, she has to call your cellphone. If that won’t work, she has the glass of water and the bucket. She can’t touch you though -that’s a newbie mistake. Backup number 3 is your item of power, the toy, or locket or whatever object of strength you brought along for the ride. It’ll show you the way if SHTF.

Multiple back ups. You gotta be like a boy scout if you do these things. If you half-ass it, half-ass it all the way so that it won’t work. Worst you can do is take it seriously enough for it to work and not seriously enough to be prepared for the consequences.
